Our process in building a new “old” home, begins with the purchase of a lot in order to determine what style of house fits the area and most importantly, your taste. Once a house plan has been determined and planned, we incorporate an original antique, if you so choose, (i.e., fireplace mantel, built-in hutch, bookcase, etc…) that fits your style of the home, creating the tool to build a unique character for both, the interior and exterior of the home. A great deal of thought goes into creating the character of each home, from its color of siding, flooring, cabinets, light fixtures, to the hardware used in each specific home. It is finished with a selected stained glass piece that is representative of our signature on each home. We ensure that the quality and detail involved in building the character inside and out, will create a home that is unique to you!
